Patrizia Barbuiani

Patrizia Barbuiani trained as an actress for three years, graduating with diplomas across several disciplines. She went on to specialise in theatrical improvisation and in the actor’s creative potential. For five years she presented live programmes on RSI, the Swiss-Italian public broadcaster. She has worked for many years as an actress with the Markus Zohner Arts Company, contributing to the creation of its productions. Recipient of the Swiss Theatre Prize. Author of four published novels. Himalayan expeditions up to Makalu (8,481 m). Alongside her theatre work, Patrizia devotes herself to literary writing and to leading creative-writing workshops in Switzerland and Germany.
