Baptiste Vurlod – Actor

Born in Neuchâtel in 1999, Baptiste Vurlod decided early on that he was destined for a life as an artist. He began acting at eight and honed his skills in the heat of improvisation for several years. He began writing in his teens and became an assistant director in his high school troupe. After pre-professional training at the TPR (La Chaux-de-Fonds), he studied physical theatre at the Accademia Teatro Dimitri (Verscio), graduating in 2022. He then founded the Collectif Ü with his friend Agathe Portner, and they performed their street show “Les Claudes” in numerous festivals during the summer of 2023. Now living between Lausanne and La Chaux-de-Fonds, Baptiste spends his days dreaming or worrying about the future, often both simultaneously.
